- Delivery time: 3–5 business days

Express Delivery (Tbilisi)
- Orders placed during working hours will be delivered on the next business day
- Orders placed outside working hours will be delivered on the third business day
- Fee: 10 GEL
Express delivery is available only for products that are in stock at branches located near the customer’s address.
If the product is not available in nearby branches, the order will be delivered under standard conditions, and the additional express delivery fee will be refunded to the payer’s account.

The customer has the right to return or exchange a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
- Must not be used
- Must not be damaged
- Complete set
- Must be in original packaging
Returns must be made at a branch agreed in advance with the online manager.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, after inspection of the returned product.
Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match the order.
